Summer weekends are the first dates to go. If you're planning a wedding, garden party or event for 2027, booking your stretch tent early is the simplest way to secure the date you want.
Lock in your date. Summer Saturdays are our busiest dates, so they go first. An early booking means you plan around your ideal day, not what's left.
Plan your layout properly. With time on your side, we can visit your site, check access and ground conditions, and help you plan tables, a bar, a dance floor and any walls or doors.
Budget with confidence. Our current prices include VAT and are listed in full on our Why Stretch Tents page. As a guide by guest numbers:
24 to 35 guests: 6 x 5 m extra small tent, £660
40 to 60 guests: 10.5 x 7.5 m small tent, £900
80 to 120 guests: 15 x 10.5 m medium tent, £1,920
110 to 180 guests: 22.5 x 10.5 m large tent, £2,760
160 to 240 guests: 21 x 15 m large tent, £3,480
Up to 400 guests: 31.5 x 15 m extra large tent, £5,040
The lower number is seated and the higher is standing. These are 2026 prices, so contact us for a confirmed 2027 quote.
