Stretch tent hire with Assemble starts at £660 including VAT for our extra small tent, and goes up to £5,040 for our largest. The right size depends on your guest numbers, how you'll use the space, and your venue.
Below are our 2026 prices for every tent size, what each one holds, and what's included, so you can budget with confidence before you ask for a quote.
2026 stretch tent hire prices
All prices include VAT at 20%. They cover the tent and full installation and takedown. Your final quote depends on your location and the extras you choose.
6 x 5 m, extra small: £660. About 24 seated / 35 standing. Bars, catering cover and small gatherings.
10.5 x 7.5 m, small: £900. 40 seated / 60 standing. Garden parties, birthdays and drinks receptions.
15 x 10.5 m, medium: £1,920. 80 seated / 120 standing. Weddings and parties.
21 x 7.5 m, medium: £2,040. 80 seated / 120 standing. Long, narrow spaces and terraces.
22.5 x 10.5 m, large: £2,760. 110 seated / 180 standing. Weddings with a dance floor and bar.
21 x 15 m, large: £3,480. 160 seated / 240 standing. Large weddings and corporate events.
30 x 10.5 m, large: £3,480. 160 seated / 240 standing. Long tables, festivals and hospitality.
31.5 x 15 m, extra large: £5,040. 240 seated / 400 standing. Festivals, conferences and big celebrations.

All extras prices include VAT. You can also add clear or canvas walls and doors for cooler or wetter days.
What affects your final quote?
Location: our base is in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, so venues further away may include extra travel.
Site and anchoring: grass is simplest. Hard standing can work but needs assessing first.
Hire period: our standard hire covers a 4-day weekend, and we can be flexible.
Extras: flooring, lighting, furniture and walls are added to suit your event.
Example budgets
Garden party for 50 standing: small 10.5 x 7.5 m tent (£900) plus flooring and festoon lighting.
Wedding for 100 seated with a dance floor: large 22.5 x 10.5 m tent (£2,760) plus flooring, lighting, tables, chairs and a dance floor.
Festival bar or hospitality area: 21 x 15 m or 30 x 10.5 m tent (£3,480).
