Stretch Tent Hire in the Cotswolds

We're based in Winchcombe, in the heart of the Cotswolds, so this is home ground for us. Our stretch tents suit the honey-coloured stone, rolling fields and country-house gardens that make Cotswolds weddings and parties so special.

"We had a beautiful stretch tent set up for our post-wedding garden party at Sudeley Castle. It looked absolutely gorgeous and framed the surroundings really well whilst providing shade and shelter from the Cotswolds breezes." Abi Nicholls

Why stretch tents suit the Cotswolds

  • Made for country settings: the natural canvas sits softly against stone houses, barns and parkland.

  • Handles slopes and uneven ground: our poles adjust to the site, so hillside gardens and fields are often fine.

  • Open or enclosed: keep the sides up on a warm day, or add walls and doors when the Cotswold breeze picks up.

  • Local team: we can visit your venue to check access, space and ground conditions before you book.

Sizes and prices

Our 2026 hire prices include VAT and start at £660 for a 6 x 5 m tent. A 15 x 10.5 m tent for around 80 seated guests is £1,920, and our 21 x 15 m tent for up to 160 seated is £3,480. Flooring, lighting and furniture are priced separately. See our full price list.
